About us - Built for our own businesses first.

Ross Gordon built these systems because he needed them. ScottishWill, HALO Intervention Services and PCMG Property all run on the method before any client ever did. We are not a consultancy with a slide deck. We build and run systems for owner-led businesses with a team, because that is what we are.

The operator philosophy - Ship first. Manage what you shipped. Say what doesn't work.

The AI industry has an agent-washing problem: plenty of agencies relabelled what they already did and added AI to the name. Our philosophy is the opposite, and it has three rules.

  • Working systems, not demos. Every system we build has a job, a scope, checks on its output and a person accountable for it. It leaves a measurable trail. If you cannot measure it, we do not call it working.
  • Managed, not handed over. The businesses that get the most from AI are the ones whose systems are monitored, refined and updated as the business changes. We stay, because the first version of anything is never the last.
  • Honest about limits. AI cannot replace judgment, fix a bad business, or love your customers. We put what it cannot do on every service page, in writing. The agency that tells you what does not work is the one worth trusting with what does.

Who we are - A small team you can actually talk to.

You talk to the person who designs and runs your system, not a junior account manager. Behind him sits an always-on AI operations fleet, which is exactly the point.

Privacy, cookies and terms, all in plain language.

Start with a free enquiry

Not a discovery call. Not a pitch with a calendar link. Five questions about how your business actually runs, and it costs nothing. Ross reads every enquiry himself and replies within one working day with a straight first answer: what looks worth automating, and what doesn’t.

If it looks like we can genuinely help, the next step is the AI Operations Day: one working day inside the business, followed by a written Opportunity Map. It shows what is hurting, what should stay human, and the best one or two jobs to prove first. That part comes later, and only if it makes sense for you.

Tell us what is slowing you down
