Ross Gordon is the founder of Assist IQ, a Scottish AI automation agency, and the operator behind ScottishWill, a will-writing service whose operational layer runs on an AI employee he designed. He spent 19 years in oil and gas operations before applying the same systems discipline to AI, and he now builds and manages AI employees for small businesses across Scotland and the UK.
