1. The AI Operations Day. The front door for everything we do, and the only price we publish: £750 per day. Ross spends one working day inside the business, observing the work and speaking with the people carrying it. You receive a written Opportunity Map and the best one or two jobs to prove first. The full fee is credited against a qualifying pilot or build agreed within 60 days. Pilots, builds and multi-site engagements are scoped to the work and priced in writing before anything starts. 2. Deep design, where BusinessOS is indicated. We map the document estate, the systems, the workflows, the permissions and the knowledge that lives in people. You get a fixed build scope and price before anything is connected.
3. The foundation build. The source of truth stood up, your records structured and connected, the agent interface live, the first automations running. Staged, tested against real work, with visible wins early rather than a big reveal at the end.
4. Run and improve, monthly. The system is managed: new documents flow in, the chasing keeps chasing, and every month it covers more of the business. You see what was done and what it saved, in writing, every month.

Honest limits - What BusinessOS is not.

The flagship product earns the most scrutiny, so here are the limits up front.

Not another dashboard. If a tool you already own does a job well, BusinessOS connects to it rather than replacing it. The product is the operating layer and the management, not a new place to log in.
Not a data grab. Your data stays yours, isolated per client, never mixed with anyone else’s, with deletion on exit as a contractual commitment. AI access is configured on business-grade terms that do not train on your data. The detail is in our data-safety guide.
Not set-and-forget. An operating layer that nobody runs decays into the same mess it replaced. BusinessOS is sold with its management for exactly that reason, and we will not sell the build without the running of it.

Is our data safe inside BusinessOS?
