Staff training on your workflows. We take the tasks your team does every day: the enquiry handling, the follow-up, the admin, the reporting. We show them which tools are safe for which jobs, how to write a prompt that does useful work, and how to judge whether what comes back is trustworthy. One session of practical training covers more than a generic course ever does.
Done-with-you implementation. We build the systems alongside your team. Assist IQ’s services are a ladder. You do not have to buy all of it. Every rung is useful on its own, and each one credits toward the next.

1. Free enquiry. Tell us how your business runs. Ross reads every enquiry and replies within one working day with a first take: what looks worth automating, and what does not. No charge, no obligation.
2. The AI Operations Day, £750 per day. One working day inside the business, observing the work and speaking with the people carrying it. Within five working days you receive a written Opportunity Map: what is hurting, what should stay human, and the real jobs your team should train on first. The full fee is credited against a qualifying pilot or build agreed within 60 days. How the Operations Day works.
3. Systems setup. Your core AI operating layer: the tools, the connections, the automations. Built from the Opportunity Map, and scoped and priced from it, because the right build depends on your business. The Operations Day credit applies in full.
4. Training and implementation. This rung. Your team learns to run what has been built, or we build it alongside them so they own it from day one. Scoped after the free enquiry call: the right approach depends on your team, your systems, and how much of this you want to own. Pricing is scoped to your situation, not published as a flat rate.

How do I train my team to use AI?

The most effective training is done on your actual work, not on invented examples. One session of practical, workflow-specific training covers more than a generic course ever does.

Can I learn to run AI systems in my own business?

Yes. The done-with-you model is designed for exactly this: we build the systems with you in the room, explaining each decision, so that by the time we are done your team knows how everything works and can operate and extend it without calling us back. Some owners prefer this to handing things over. It takes more of your time up front but leaves you with a team that genuinely understands the tools.

What is AI implementation for a small business?

Implementation means connecting AI tools to the way your business actually runs: your inbox, your forms, your follow-up process, your reporting. It is not installing software. Do I have to have the AI Operations Day first?

Not strictly, but it makes the training far more useful. Without it, training covers general tools and general prompting. After a day inside the business, we know exactly which real jobs are worth training your team on and which tools they will actually use, because we have watched the work rather than been told about it.

How long does training take?

It depends on your team size and the scope of what we are training on. A focused half-day covers the core tools and the most important workflows. A full day covers more ground and leaves room for your team to practise on real cases with us in the room. We scope the right format after the free enquiry call.

What is the difference between training and done-with-you implementation?

Training is for teams that already have, or are about to have, AI systems in place and need to know how to use them well. Done-with-you implementation is for building the systems themselves, alongside your team, so they understand and own what gets built. The two often run together: we build, we explain, your team practises on the live system.

What does training and implementation cost?

There is no flat rate, because the right scope depends on your team, your systems, and how much of the build your team will take over. We scope it after the free enquiry call, and it is priced in writing before anything starts. If you have already had an AI Operations Day, the full fee can be credited against qualifying implementation work within 60 days.

What if my team is not technical?

Good. The tools we train on are designed for non-technical users, and we teach them the way a non-technical team will actually use them: by doing the job, not by explaining the underlying model. If your team can write an email, they can learn to use these tools. The gap between what is possible and what most teams are using is not a technical gap; it is a training gap.
